Personal Information

  • Degree in Applied Communication, Marketing, Public Relations and Publicity from the Lusófona University.
  • Municipal Councillor of the Lisbon City Council, responsible for the following departments: Culture, Economy and Innovation; Relations with Parishes; Participative Budget; Regional Houses; and Electoral Process.
  • Municipal Councillor of the Lisbon City Council, responsible for the Education department between November 2021 and December 2022.
  • Communications Consultant at the INATEL Foundation, having started his career as advisor of the Administrative Council in the areas of Culture, Communication and Marketing; responsible for external relations at the Trindade Theatre; promoted to the position of culture manager in 2015.
  • Started his career in municipal politics in 2001, at the parish known at the time as Encarnação; member of the Lisbon Municipal Assembly and group leader in 2009 and 2021.
  • Occupied several positions in the Lisbon municipality between 2002 and 2009, namely advisor in the areas of Public Spaces, Culture, Social Action, Sports and Traffic, amongst others.
  • Has maintained a regular presence in the media, by writing and commenting on various issues related to the city of Lisbon.
